We are having that problem because there is no one to hold their feet to the fire - since Appomattox. Again we are going back to that old story, at Appomattox State’s Rights was destroyed. The federal government is now king of the hill. It has no one that can force it to live by its contractual agreement with us – we the people of the sovereign States. We now are now the subjects of the federal government and it is our master. And it does as it pleases.
