Reclaiming American Liberty

KENNEDY 2008 UPDATE - April 4, 2007

Greetings to all Friends of Liberty

           As many of you know this is the sixth full week of the Kennedy G.O.P. 2008 Exploratory campaign.  At this time I want each of you to know how much I appreciate your support in this endeavor.   Without you, we would have struck the tents and gone home with no hope of reclaiming that liberty which is our heritage.  Please remember that this effort, if successful, will develop into the first ever campaign to restore to our land that type of society that our Founding Fathers gave us in 1776.  Therefore, this campaign is not about the messenger, it is about the message.

          During the past six weeks I have traveled over 4,000 miles and visited four great Southern States: Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and South Carolina.  During these trips I have had the pleasure to speak to the South Carolina Division Sons of Confederate Veterans; the Macon, Georgia area League of the South; friends and supporters in Louisiana; the Gilmer, Texas Sons of Confederate Veterans; and, shot campaign videos in Georgia.  I have been very pleased with the response that I have received along the way and am sure that as we ratchet up this campaign we will see even more support.  During the month of March our campaign has mailed over 1500 letters via the U.S. mail and over 50,000 e-mails have been sent out.  These efforts will continue during the month of April as well as other project that will promote the cause of liberty. 

          As you may know, I am retired from full-time employment but still work from one to two weeks each month.  During March, I only worked one week, spending the rest of my free time advancing the Cause of Southern Rights.  As soon as we meet our goal of paid or pledged supporters for this effort, we will progress into a full campaign.  At that time I will reduce my work days to no more than three or four per month until 90 days before the first primary, at which time I will be in your service and the service of true American Liberty full time. 

          In the upcoming weeks of April our campaign will continue to mail letters to our friends seeking support for this effort.  We will also continue with our e-mailing to many other folks, improve our web site, and speak in several places including Missouri.  In the next few days of April we will release the first of around 15 videos on our web site.  Each video will be followed by a somewhat more complete “Position Paper” explaining our views on how to bring the Federal government under control and make it our servant and not our master.  I don’t believe it is necessary to tell you that without REAL State’s Rights, we will forever be the servant or more correctly, the slave of an all powerful Federal government.  Now please remember that Lincoln’s Party killed REAL State’s Rights in 1865—show me a “good” Republican presidential candidate who will explain that little fact to America!  This is our message, a message that I insist is much more important than the messenger.  I need your continued help to get this message out to our fellow Southerners.  As we understand only too well, these Southerners have been misled by P.C. propaganda into believing that they need to apologize for their heritage.  Our greatest heritage as Southerners is our heritage of Liberty—we don’t apologize for liberty, we defend it! 

          As I have said, I can’t do anything without your continued help.  Please encourage others to visit our web site, download and/or print off some of the information on our web page and give it to friends and fellow conservatives.  Most of all please make a donation or pledge to keep this effort moving forward—and encourage others to do the same.  I have made it clear from the start of this effort, that to move from an exploratory effort to a full campaign, we must obtain from 1500 to 2000 supporters who are willing to donate or pledge $100 to this effort.  Write a check, use the Pay Pal system, or pledge $100 to be paid over four to six months using our “Liberty on the Installment Plan.” When we have this number of people who are making a serious commitment to this effort and with enough seed money to get started on a real campaign, we will shake the Party of Lincoln to its roots.  But more important than anything else that we do, we will revive our people’s long dormant love for real American Liberty, that liberty given to us by our Founding Fathers.  When will our children be free of Federal tyranny?  Only when we determine to do those things that will inspire our fellow citizens to get involved in this effort for Reclaiming Liberty.
